Compliance & Legal
Transparency and compliance are core to everything we do
Important: LYNTRA provides dispatch support only and does not act as a freight broker. We do not negotiate rates, book loads, or contact shippers for contracts.
What LYNTRA Does
LYNTRA is a dispatch support platform designed to help owner-operators and small fleets manage their operations more efficiently.
- Communicate with your drivers about existing loads
- Send automated reminders for pickups and deliveries
- Track load status from scheduled to delivered
- Organize paperwork and documentation
- Flag potential scheduling risks and delays
- Provide AI-assisted dispatch operator support
What LYNTRA Does NOT Do
To maintain compliance and avoid freight brokerage regulations, LYNTRA explicitly does not:
- Negotiate freight rates or pricing
- Book or broker freight loads
- Contact shippers to secure contracts
- Arrange freight transportation on behalf of shippers
- Act as an intermediary between carriers and shippers
- Handle payment processing or invoicing
Your Responsibility
As a LYNTRA user, you are responsible for:
- • Securing your own freight through brokers, load boards, or direct shipper relationships
- • Negotiating your own rates and terms
- • Maintaining your own carrier authority and insurance
- • Ensuring compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- • Entering load information into LYNTRA after you've booked it
